The idea of Capel's Comic Conga came from one of our high needs learners studying animal care. Louis is autistic and has a wonderful imagination. He was inspired to raise money for Comic Relief when learning about the local food bank and the way in which they help people struggling to buy food for themselves and their families.

Thinking about Louis' love of helping people and his passion for animals, he wanted to raise money for Comic Relief whilst doing something fun at Capel Manor College.

Louis wanted to hold a sponsored conga line, across four College campuses, whilst participants dress in animal onesies. He was determined to turn his idea into reality and went to the College Activities and Marketing teams for support. 

Louis' idea has grown to become Capel Manor College's largest cross-campus fundraiser yet!
