Welcome to the RIDE Capitals 2018 JustGiving page. RIDE Capitals is our 8th BIG charity motorcycle event. Since 2012 we have now (upto 16/5/18) raised over £46,000 for charity.

Riders motorcycle our UK mainland route as part of our 'Capital Knievels group' at their own expense each day over a maximum of 5 days between May 3rd & 7th 2018. We are motorcycling around the UK and visiting the 3 mainland capital cities EDINBURGH - LONDON - CARDIFF raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

We plan to motorcycle over 1200 miles fund raising & visiting various places in addition to the 3 Capital cities on the UK Mainland of Edinburgh-London-Cardiff. 

Bikers can join us from each of the days start locations or join us for the full trip. Join us at the following locations for each days route.

Thurs 3/5 - Wrexham, north Wales to Windermere, Gretna Green, Glasgow, Knockhill Circuit, Dunfermline.

Fri 4/5 - Dunfermline in Fife to Bikers Cove Queensferry, EDINBURGH, Berwick Upon Tweed, Lindisfarne Holy Island, Tyne Bridge Newcastle, Angel of the North, Middlesbrough.

Sat 5/5 - Middlesbrough  to Whitby, Olivers Mount Circuit, Humber Bridge Hull, Grimsby, Kings Lynn, Cambridge.

Sun 6/5 - Cambridge to Brooklands Circuit & Museum, Ace Cafe London, Oxford, Cheltenham, CARDIFF.

BH Mon 7/5 - Cardiff Millenium Stadium with Macmillan Cymru & Guests, Owls Nest Llandovery, Kinsham Circuit Presteigne, Wrexham.

RIDER ENTRY REQUIREMENT is to raise a minimum of £25 sponsorship for our charity for each day they partake in the event. Or raise a minimum of £100 for anyone doing the full event. The spirit of the event is if possible to raise as much as you can above these figures for what is a very worthy cause. 

If you are here to sponsor a rider to help them meet and exceed their entry donation, PLEASE STATE THE FULL NAME OF THE RIDER YOU ARE SPONSORING. All riders sponsorship shall be added separately and special mention shall be made at the end of the event.

To add to the fun, RIDE Capitals will see most of us becoming 'Capital Knievels' over the event. We ask all riders to make an effort for our fun theme. We trust this will again help even more in continuing this as a fun event where none of us take ourselves too seriously and we help raise awareness of the event and assist the charity which we hope to support as much as possible.
