A life changing treatment for dementia by 2025.

Sounds good doesn't it? This is the aim of Alzheimer's Research UK and the reason I want to raise funds for their vital research. They are also working hard to improve diagnosis and provide support for those affected and their families. 

I know 2025 is too late for so many, but wouldn't it be lovely to not live in fear of our family members developing this terrible disease?
