Cardboard knights games club are running a Charity day on Saturday the 27th November between 10am and 5pm at Geek Retreat in Sunderland In order to raise money for Mental health UK.

We would love you to come along on the day and join us, Play some fun games with your family, partners or new friends and hopefully have a lovely day. 

Don’t worry about bringing anything along as we will have board games and party games for you all to play. We will help you find people to play with and get you going with any games you decide to join in with. 

We are supporting Mental health as we have club members who have struggled with their own mental health. We also recognise that taking part in group activities and hobbies, Spending quality time with other people and putting your focus and concentration into a game can be a key part in helping to deal with stresses, anxieties and other mental disorders. 

Playing board games involves more in person social interaction, stimulates thought and can help people to make new friends and widen their support network. 

While there is no charge to join in we would suggest a donation be made to the charity via this page. Of course If you're unable to attend then please offer your support by donating to this page where your donations will go directly to Mental Health UK to help them continue to offer resources, support and counselling to thousands of mental health suffers daily.
