This May I'll be returning to Wales and continuing my long distance walk along the Wales Coast Path.  I'll be starting in the village of Llandanwg, just south of Harlech, and following the Cardigan Bay south to St Dogmaels, near Cardigan.  All in all, I'll be walking a total of 117 miles over 8 days.

I'll doing this challenge to raise money to support SIFT's amazing health clinics in Nicaragua. Every week Dr Sandra and her team of nurses bring everyday healthcare to rural communities on Ometepe.   It's the kind of health service that we value here in the UK, and it really makes a difference to the lives of the poor.
