Carers' Hub Lambeth is an independent local charity based in Brixton.  We're here to relieve the stresses experienced by unpaid carers living in or caring for someone in the London borough of Lambeth.  Our mission is to improve carers lives in Lambeth through quality services and community engagement. 

Caring for a loved one, family member, friend or neighbour, can have a significant impact on all aspects of a carers own life.  Our dedicated and passionate team work with carers to help overcome challenges around managing at home, finances, caring with confidence, education and employment, physical health and emotional wellbeing.  

Our young carers team works with children from the age of 5 upwards, offering support and information to young carers and their families.  We provide an exciting programme of activities in the school holidays, providing the opportunity to have a break from caring, make new friends, have fun, create memories and enjoy being a child.
