Story

Thanks for using our fundraising page!

We are all running the  London Royal Parks half marathon (yep, thats a whole 13 miles!) on the 12th October 2008 for the Adam Dealey Foundation, supporting the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Adam Dealey, son of John and Marion Dealey (John's our facilities manager here at Virgin Management Ltd) tragically died from Ewing's Sarcoma (a form of bone and soft tissue cancer) at 10 years old, in July 1995.  Over the last 12 years John and his family  have worked tirelessly to promote awareness and raise money for research into the causes and treatment of Primary Bone Cancer and founded the Adam Dealey Foundation.  As he's such a great colleague of ours we now want to help John with his work.

This is where you come in...

Please can you sponsor us for  the half marathon and bear in mind that quite a few of us have never run for a bus, never mind 13.1 miles!

It's really easy to do, just follow the instructions on the site.  Anything you give would be greatly appreciated by us, Adam's family and the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Thanks so much,

VML for the Adam Dealey Foundation team
