For 2020, Team Cariad has chosen Age UK Hertfordshire as our Charity of the Year.

Age UK Hertfordshire is a locally based charity (not to be confused with the national Age UK!) which offers many vital services for older people and their loved ones in the Hertfordshire area.

These services include Information and Advice, Help in the Home, Dementia Support, Befriending, Nutrition and the all important 10-3 Clubs which run in their 18 centres across Herts.

They also run the Clitheroe Health and Wellbeing Centre in Watford which is a venue where older people can socialise, enjoy a hot lunch and take part in activities such as quizzes, exercises, gardening and woodwork to name but a few.

Throughout 2020, Team Cariad will be organising fundraising events so keep an eye on our social media for all the up to date info or simply make a donation just because you'd like to help us support this great local charity! Oh, and don't forget to Gift Aid it!
