Feeling helpless and not knowing much information about this illness we were unprepared for when my Nan got really sick and then if felt not enough was done to support her or us and it was heart breaking when she passed away. I felt i had let her down somehow and i'm sure so many others are feeling same way so i want to help as many as possible.
