We support The Rifles & its antecedent regiments, including via The Rifles Benevolent Trust, charity No: 1119071, which incorporates Care for Casualties & the Always a Rifleman Programme. Together the Trusts support all serving Riflemen & veterans, with the AARP meeting mental health needs.

Story

' Not just another brick in the Wall'

Rifles Care for Casualties -2019

Walk with me and all our Veterans along Hadrians Wall

Tourists only get a glimpse of a mile or so of the Roman frontier crossing Northern Britain from Bowness- on- Solway in the West to Wallsend on the River Tyne in Newcastle, see the Forts and how hard it was to 'Stag' on and Patrol this unforgiving climate and terrain.

What must a new Recruit have thought to receive his posting order from Rome, hard days hard Soldiers and that's why I need tough Veterans to help me highlight the tough time our Soldiers suffering from PTSD are going through.

2 overnight camps Youth Hostels (all upmarket nowadays) & Camp sites

'Always a twist for those that know me'

Each Volunteer will be asked to carry one House brick to highlight the brick upon brick our Soldiers suffering from PTSD are carrying in problems every day.
You can paint it with a Friends Name to remember him a great tribute to our fallen Comrades, but when we stop for a cuppa or a beer if you haven't got it at hand you will be expected voluntarily to buy the next round.

Each night we will build our own wall of our Friends to remember and raise a toast to each fallen Hero

Lets raise enough funds to help our friends to fight and put PTSD in a box and throw away the key

Carl
