On 8 September 2013, we are competing in a triathlon at Woburn Abbey, with tri for life.  This is the second time we have done the tri for life triathlon at Woburn, and it is a really tough challenge!  We have been training hard, with lots of running, cycling, and early morning lake swims, and we would really appreciate your support for this very worthy organisation.

Tri for life was set up in 2007, itself as a registered charity, to motivate people to exercise and at the same time to raise funds for a wide range of charities.

This year, we are raising money for four charities, Whizz-Kidz, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity and Rays of Sunshine, and tri for life has pledged £150,000 to each in order to fund specific projects.
