I have been lucky enough to be selected in the ballot to run in the Virgin London Marathon 2016  & decided that i would like to raise money for my chosen charity Niemann Pick Disease Group (uk).

Niemann Pick is a group of rare, inherited metabolic conditions that affect children and young adults.

This charity is very close to my heart. My son Daniel, now 25.was first diagnosed with this disease during his early teens.

At present there is no cure for Niemann pick Disease.

My target is to raise awareness of the disease and also to raise some funds along the way for vital research that is needed to find a cure.

As they say at the supermarkest every little helps so all donations are greatly appreciated no matter how big or small.
