Carlos Terol - volunteering in Nepal!

Raleigh ICS · 31 December 2020 ·
This April I will be flying to Nepal to volunteer as a Team Leader for 3 months with the charity Raleigh International and I want you to be part of the experience!
I will be working in a rural community in Nepal to help build local capabilities. Raleigh International has two main programmes currently running in the country: one aims at Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) projects, whilst the other one focuses on improving livelihoods, for example mentoring local people to set up and run their own businesses effectively.
My first objective as a Team Leader with Raleigh is to fundraise £800 but I believe that together we can make that figure double to multiply the impact in the community, so let's aim for £1600! My volunteering placement in Nepal is entirely funded by the Department for International Development, which means that your full donation will be going directly into Raleigh's programmes and projects in communities in need - it's not to pay my placement!
Many thanks for your donation!!
