This charity is close to my family’s heart. I am seeing along with my family and friends what the disease does first hand as my auntie and mum are both suffering with a form of this disease. I am supported by many people going through these tough times with me and it’s now time to take on a challenge. My mum and auntie have always been there for me and I just want to be able to help XX
