Hi Everyone,

As you may know, my dad lost his battle to cancer on Wednesday 4th July 2012. During his 5 year battle he worked very closely with Tenovus, this is why I wish to take part in the 10k run to raise as much money as possible for this Cancer Charity. Not only did my dad allow ITV to follow him for 6 months to create a Wales This Week documentary 'Do Not Go Gentle'. During this time he also released a charity single for Tenovus 'Always it's You'. Even though he was given the prognosis of 6 months in January 2012, he was still determined to make his dream come true by releasing the single.

I would really appreciate any kind of donation, I signed up for this race many months ago and Dad was aware of me taking part. I wish to make him proud by raising as much money as possible for Tenovus as they were so brilliant with him throughout his time with having Cancer.
