Maggie’s Centres are warm and welcoming places built alongside NHS hospitals that provide the support that people with cancer and their family and friends need. www.maggiescentres.org

Story

Maggies were an absolute revelation to me when I was first diagnosed with cancer at the end of 2018. I went from being fit and healthy to perilously ill in a matter of weeks, and then had chemo to contend with too.

Throughout all of this Maggies provided invaluable help to me and my family, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are supportive, empathetic and skilled in pretty much anything you're ever likely to need - from dealing with the onslaught mentally, physically, emotionally, practically, financially etc. - and pretty much everything else in-between.

Please give generously. You never know when you might be using Maggies yourself.
