We are a couch to 5k group, associated with the Carnmoney Ladies football team, based in Newtownabbey. We have been running together for 3 years and there about 30 of us in total. 

October is breast cancer awareness month and we are raising money to help ladies get the care, support and information they need during a difficult time. Two of our own have battled and fought breast cancer, together, so this really is a charity very close to our hearts. 

We would really appreciate your kindness and support and would ask you to help us raise money by donating just a little, which will go a long way in helping others.
