Last year, Caro joined the inaugural HD5K. For two run-ophobes, a 5K run could just as well have been to the moon and back. It was a struggle, but we made it across the finish line.  More importantly, thanks to many of you, we were able to raise over £2300 for the Alan Davidson Foundation - money that has gone towards fighting MND, and supporting those who are affected by this cruel and brutal disease.  

This year, we're back with two fresh new faces (and one old one).  Elise Bell, Carine Hawkins and Helen Barnes are this year's Team Caro and we're aiming to smash it out of Hyde Park.
