I have run the VHI Women's mini marathon in Dublin several times and always felt guilty that I didn't do it for a charity when so many thousands of women were doing just that. Today I was informed that I am the County Down Representative in the Women's Mini Marathon 'sisterhood' so I felt this was the perfect opportunity to do something worthwhile for a local charity who are working tirelessly to prevent suicide in my area.
