I have pledged to cycle 10 miles between tomorrow and the 28th June in hope to help raise as much funds as possible for the hospice. 

My dad thought the world of the nurses from the hospice whom made his life as comfortable as possible in his last few weeks with us. As heart breaking as it was to watch my dad slowly leave us  it was very comforting to see he got his wish to be at home and this would never have been possible  without this wonderful team. It would be dads birthday next month so in memory of my dad I aim to raise £150 to help St Davids Hospice 💕

Run or walk 10K, or cycle 10 miles between June 15th and June 28th in support of St David's Hospice.St Davids Hospice delivers specialist palliative care to adult patients living with advanced illnesses in North West Wales. The Hospice also offers highly dignified, end of life care to those with shorter life expectancies. Each year, our work touches the lives of over 1000 people within the communities of Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.
