Story
Having lost both my nanny and my dad to cancer in the last 7 months I have decided to fundraise for the Irish Cancer Society and in particular the night nurses who provided vital care at the most important time.
Cancer is the most common cause of death in Ireland with more than 9,000 people in Ireland dying each year. That's almost 25 people dying from cancer every day across Ireland. An average of 1 person every hour. The Irish Cancer Society are working towards a future where nobody dies from cancer, and everyone affected by the disease will have access to world class treatment and support.
Your support will help make a difference.
