Having experienced first hand  the challenges that someone suffering with poor mental health brings to a family and the devastating effect and tragedy that can be caused; I know that many of you will share my desire to support this great cause ! MIND’s vision is “Better  mental health for all.”  Leeds  Mind enables people with mental health difficulties to flourish and being a Leeds girl it seemed right to for me to choose them. Their values are to treat everyone with compassion and care and they  believe recovery is possible for all.
