This year, MSF UK is celebrating a special anniversary. Over the past 25 years, MSF UK has sent 4,329 experienced medical and logistical staff to respond to emergencies around the world. To celebrate this milestone we are dedicating our special occasion to MSF's life-saving work by asking our friends and family to donate to MSF, instead of buying a gift this year.

Elysia and Angus are participating in the Folle Furieuse again this year. It is a fun and muddy 9km obstacle course and they would like to raise money for a great cause in memory of their dad. This year, I have been persuaded to join them along with their friends Elisa and Maxence. If you would like to sponsor us, we'd be very grateful and I promise you some great photos in return!
