Caroline Baker is raising money for St Barnabas Hospice Trust (Lincolnshire)

Rudy’s Run · 27 October 2020

St Barnabas Hospice. Rudy's Run isn't a race, but a chance to dance, prance or run in your garden or around your local area, take part in some Christmas inspired crafts and raise vital funds for Lincolnshire's Hospice, St Barnabas.

Story

All the children at Puddleducks will be dancing, running, walking and enjoying lots of fun activities throughout November and December whilst pretending to be reindeer’s, to raise money for this amazing cause.  This is a charity close to our Puddleducks 🐥 families due to a parent fighting the battle at present. So let’s all come together to raise lots of money for this amazing charity.

St Barnabas Hospice is renowned for its outstanding end-of-life care for adults, but they also provide pre and post bereavement support for families too. This invaluable support is free for anyone in Lincolnshire who is struggling with loss, and more work is being done right now at St Barnabas to create a specialist bereavement service for children as young as five. Losing a parent, sibling or grandparent can be extremely traumatic for a child, but it is something which one in thirty children are going through each day. Rudys Run has been designed to highlight our bereavement support and to continue funding it throughout our toughest year to date. Please support us as we take on Rudy's Run for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice.
