Update: 5000 miles completed 14 Nov.  Prize now a goodie box from the Shake Shop.

Hi!  I'm Caroline and my daughter Katie is in Tigers.  This year I have been taking part in the Cycling Weekly 5,000 mile challenge and completed it on 14 November.  However, I have decided that I won't stop there and will carry on cycling until the end of the year and see how close to 6,000 miles I can get.

I'm holding a sweepstake and invite you to guess how many miles I will have completed by 31 December 2020.  £2 per guess and nearest to the final total will win a goodie box from the Shake Shop!   All funds will go to West Witney PTA towards their fundraising as they have missed out this year on the summer fete and Christmas fayre.  

To help with your calculations, my average weekly mileage this year has been 121 miles.  I have reached5,000 miles on 14 November.  Will lockdown part 2 increase my average as there will be nothing else to do?  Or will I get stuck into my Christmas sherry early and slack off?
