After loosing my grandma this year to Alzheimer I am going to trek 24km to raise as much money for this amazing charity. Watching my gran slowly fade away was the worst thing I have ever had to do, it was soul destroying.

I know my Gran will be very proud of me for doing this and I hope to raise as much money as possible as I know she would want me to look forward and try and make a difference for others x love you Gran x
