I completed the 20 miles (together with my family 'Team Rush') in beautiful sunshine. It was a great day out for a worthy cause close to all our hearts.   Thanks to everyone who supported me!

As many of you will know, my father died in 2012 having suffered for many years from Parkinson's Disease. Together with other members of my family we are taking part in the Pedal for Parkinson's Stratford-upon-Avon 20 mile bike ride to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson's UK. This event is especially poignant for us as Stratford is where we were brought up and where our parents made their home over 40 years ago.
