2021 update.....after 17 months we are finally running next weekend! Thank you all so much for your support :)

Caroline and Mandy are celebrating having significant big birthdays coming up (the big 50).  We have both been running since January 2019  in a bid to feel healthier and actually discovered that we really enjoy it - Elaine is our expert runner and will be supporting our slow pace! Our profile picture is our 5k last summer - so a 10k might be easy for some but will be a challenge for us!

Caroline has been working with Dementia UK for over three years now and can see the amazing difference Admiral Nurses (specialist dementia nurses) make in supporting families living with dementia.  This is a fabulous charity that receives no government funding at all and yet continues to grow the numbers of Admiral Nurses that they support year after year.

We would be so grateful for your support in our running the Brighton 10K - it is not until April 2020 and we have started practice early :)
