The Warrior Games are back for the second year. On June 29th, 2019 teams of 4 go head to head in 20 minute circuits for 24 hours. Their is no other team event like it in the world!

Story

I will be part of a team of 4 and will be doing 20 minute circuits for a total of 24 hours!Cycling, Rowing, Running, Tyre flips, Weightlifting, Prowlers, Sand bag carry to name just a few of the lovely exercises that we will be doing over a non stop 24hr period. 

If that isn't worth a few pennies I am not sure what is. All in aid of CF Warriors.
