On 5th October I'll be running in the London Run to the Beat half marathon for St Matthew's Children's Fund Ethiopia.

This is a worthwhile charity that promotes the welfare of disadvantaged, vulnerable orphan children in Ethiopia and any donation you can make to help would be greatly appreciated.
