Caroline & Tom are doing a 5 hour hike up Snowdon on Saturday 16th August. We are doing it as part of a charity walk to raise money for the Wales Air Ambulance.

In January this year we were surfing in North Wales with our good friends Abi & Mark. Mark got wiped out on his surf board in shallow water and the fin on his surf board sliced into his thigh creating a very large gash.

Mark lost 3 1/2 pints of blood . The air ambulance came quickly and the journey to hospital was only 15 minutes. By road it would have taken hour and a half and it would have been touch and go.

We were so grateful that Wales Air Ambulance literally came to the rescue and therefore want to help Mark raise money for Wales Air Ambulance. We would be very grateful if you would sponsor our walk.
