Last yr I fell into the deepest Black hole ..with the help of family , friends and professionals I'm back enjoying my life so grateful I didn't give up , so grateful for all the support I received ... 

I'm taking part in the skinny dip for the first time , every now and again it's good to step outside your comfort zones and doing that to raise funds for vital services to help  others is the way to go for me
