Spinniker Tower Abseil · 6 May 2017

Our aim is help fulfil the basic needs of anyone who seeks our help. To empower and enable vulnerable & socially isolated adults (18+) to improve their quality of life.

Story

Following the abseil last year down the Guildford Cathedral Bell Tower with Lucy, I definitely vowed 'never again' ... guess what ... I am … down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth! Unfortunately, Lucy, the one who wanted to do it and who persuaded me to do it, can't as she's under 18, Emma hates heights with a passion and Bruce is far too sensible but Alice, understandably hesitant, has agreed!

So we will be abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, a massive 170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour, raising money for the Vine Centre, Aldershot. The Centre is a charitable organisation which provides valuable support to people in North East Hampshire who are homeless due to mental ill health, long term unemployment, domestic abuse or substance misuse by offering counselling, advice and practical support to help reduce the social isolation caused by homelessness.

Please support us in this huge challenge, every word of encouragement and every £ raised will go towards supporting homeless people in Hampshire.
