I originally started running in an attempt to 'get fit' again in order to keep up with my 2 sons and entered races in order to make myself keep going. This year it's 'The BIG one' so wanted to raise money for a worthy cause and immediately thought of Lesley and Peter Gomez who run LAMA house in the Philippines.

LAMA Ministries is a Christian charity providing a safe and happy home for abused, neglected or abandoned boys. They are planning to build 'Little LAMA', another home for smaller boys, and I'm really hoping the money I raise will make these plans become a reality.

Being a Mum of little boys makes this a project close to my heart so I hope you will take the time to sponsor me and help get this project underway. Thank you.
