Servicing your car to support those living with Dementia · 13 June 2018

We run a range of projects to support families in need. These include Dementia cafes for those suffering with dementia and their carers, Child Contact Centres where separated parents can meet their children in a safe and welcoming environment and a family holiday for families who would otherwise not be able to have a holiday.

Story

My chosen charity is the Mothers' Union who run The Sunflower Cafe at the Vine Church in Odiham. The cafe was set up to provide group exercise, games, activities and social support free of charge to those living with dementia.

I studied mechanical engineering at university and have been servicing cars for friends and family since I was a teenager. Car maintenance is my passion and hobby and I am now keen to use my skills to help those in the community who are living with Dementia.

I specialise in Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda. I have full diagnostic equipment and manufacturer procedures for these makes and workshop equipment including 4 wheel alignment. All I ask is for a donation to be made to the charity and reimbursement to me for any parts used.

Your support is much appreciated.
