This year, Team Cartmells are gearing up to take part in Hospice at Home's Kapow! Superhero Challenge at Cockermouth Rugby Club on Saturday 6th July 2019; a 5k run with giant obstacles to tackle along the way!

We will need all our girl power to take on the Stairs of Doom (sponsored by Cartmell Shepherd), crawl through the Twisty Tunnels and dive through the Dip n Duck to complete the challenge but of course our main aim is to be a Hospice Hero and raise as much money as possible for this brilliant local charity. 

You can be a hero too by showing your support and sponsoring us - all money raised helps Hospice at Home West Cumbria continue to provide their vital end of life services to patients and their families in our local area.
