Anyone that has had the pleasure of meeting my son Thomas knows what a difficult start to life he had. However, he is a fighter and much of what he has managed to achieve is down to the amazing work that White Lodge do for children with Cerebral Palsy. Without their help, I have absolutely no doubt that he would not be walking, nearly talking and being a rascal like any normal four year old.

I've decided to put my body on the line and tackle the Olympic distance triathlon in London on Sunday 8 August. I will swim 1500m in open water (The Thames), cycle 40km and finally run or crawl 10km.

So please....SHOW ME THE MONEY and give me the motivation to get to the finish line of the London Triathlon.
