In memory of Dr Paul Castle
The average cost of a bike that we award to a child living with cancer is £500, so we're challenging you to get active by taking on the CFC500! Bike, run, walk or swim for 500 minutes, kms, miles or laps and raise £500 to help a child with cancer.

Story

The Castle Classic 2021 is a cycle ride to celebrate the life of our greatly missed friend and colleague Dr Paul Castle whom we lost last year.

Cycling was engrained in Paul’s DNA. He was an extremely accomplished cyclist who had completed many road races, time trials, and climbs in the Alps.

Paul worked in higher education and was committed to supporting student health and well-being; therefore, the Cyclists Fighting Cancer mission and Castle Classic 2021 cycle ride is the perfect tribute to Paul’s legacy.
