Hi everyone, 

my name's Iain and I've stupidly agreed to do a lake swim (750m), bike 20km and run 5km around the North Yorkshire estate of Castle Howard. The good news is that it's for a truly fantastic cause - the Macmillan cancer support. Therefore, if you can spare a pound or two, please sponsor me and be amused by the thought of a disorientated middle aged man stumbling out of a muddy lake in an ill-fitting wetsuit. Surely that sight alone is worth a pound on it's own!!
