This year at the London Marathon, I'm part of our Guinness World Record attempt for the fastest marathon in a 6 man costume! Having got the marathon bug from last year, we thought why not make it slightly more challenging (and maybe fun) by running it connected to 5 of your best mates. 

Unfortunately, Paris Marathon, which I was planning on doing at the start of April, has been postponed but I will be aiming to break the 3h30 barrier in October now instead! As I'm sure you know, I have always loved being active and been lucky enough to bring people into sport through coaching Hockey and Sailing. Phab aims to do precisely this, enabling people of all abilities to enjoy activities together and make the most out of life. Phab is a fantastic cause and your generosity will be forever appreciated.
