On Sunday the 10th September, I'm taking on a zipline between the iconic 45ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embarking on a 50ft abseil down 'the Cow'.I'm not only challenging myself to abseil, but also to raise money to help Mind in Bradford provide vital services in your local community.
