We are fundraising for Wheatfields Hospice, Leeds. They provided palative care for my friend, Adam Lodge, during the final stages of his life.

Adam was many things, to many people. He had an incredible sense of humour, dry wit, boundless compassion and expressed genuine interest in any topic you approached him with. Just over a year ago we lost him to cancer. He left a huge hole in all of our lives and we miss him very much.

In July, we are going to cycle from Leeds to Liverpool following the canal. Adam enjoyed cycling, but more so I think he would have enjoyed hearing about our ridiculous plans to ride 200km and climb 91 locks in a day, to raise money for Wheatfields Hospice. Anything you can spare would mean the world to us.
