Jack and I are delighted to be participating in the Sahara Challenge for the Charlie Waller Trust in November.  We are keen to support the excellent and important work of the charity as we have experienced, first hand, the difficulties of living with depression.  It is frightening and can come out of nowhere.  Charlie Waller Trust supported us in our time of need and we are keen to give back.
