After two years, I'll finally be running the London Marathon after lots of setbacks due to Covid-19. Now, Arts Emergency needs your help more than ever. 

Arts Emergency is an award-winning mentoring charity and network. Their mission is to help marginalised young people overcome barriers to participation and success in higher education and the creative and cultural industries. 

I grew up in North East London and was lucky enough to be surrounded by brilliant teachers and people who encouraged me to get involved in the arts which led to studying theatre at University (and being the first person in my family to study in higher education!), but not everyone has those opportunities and networks around them. I want to help give others those opportunities too.
