I must be completely mad but I have signed up to the British 10k on the 15th July......which means I now only have 4 weeks to train. My last run was over 2 years ago so this is going to be a challenge!!!!

This is for a fantastic support group, Microtia UK.

I am running this to raise much needed funds to help with research for future developments into ear reconstruction and to support the many parents and children affected by this.
