I started running about 3 years ago and at first I didn't even think I could run a mile let alone any sort of race distance. 

Since starting I have found that running has been the best prescription for my mental health and wellbeing. It has made me a much more balanced person and brings me so much joy and confidence. 2 yrs ago I ran my first half marathon, last year my first marathon...now I'm taking on the bigger leagues.
