The 19th Pentland Scouts are taking part in Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2023, and walking in the Big Stroll! I am walking a half marathon (14.7 miles) on 17 September and have been working hard doing training walks leading up to the event! 

For the past 3.5 years I volunteered my time as Group Treasurer for the 19th Pentland Scouts, and I have been volunteering as a Scout parent for the past 8 years. My son Caelan first joined as a Beaver in 2016 and he is now a Senior Patrol Leader. He is learning valuable leadership skills and actively participating in his community.

The 19th Pentland Scouts is a registered charity started in 2012 in Edinburgh. Our Group consists of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. We are part of the Pentland District, South East Scotland Region. 

Please donate today to help us to continue to provide a rewarding programme for our Scouts, and to show our support for our volunteer Leaders who give so much of their free time to our Group and our community. Through fundraising, we are sending our volunteer leaders to Kandersteg, Switzerland next year on a once in a lifetime adventure, to meet Scouts from around the world.
