Hi everyone,

Believe it..........I am due to run (well run/walk) 10k tomorrow morning with my friend Laura in aid of Shooting Stars Chase.  As you know, I'm not known for my running ability!  The ONLY reason why I'm doing this is because our very dear friends unimaginably lost their son and this amazing charity were a tremendous support to them.

Life is pretty tough for us all at the moment given the state of the economy etc but I am constantly amazed at the positiveness and selflessness of the Armitage's given all they have gone through.

Please don't feel pressured to give much - any contribution will make my 'running pain' worthwhile!
