Story

Cathy, Paul, Tris and Thomas will be walking up Snowdon on the 4th September which marks the anniversary of the loss of Rob.  We will be joined by a group of others hoping to raise as much money as we can for his charity Robs Arttt ( A Rare Teenage Tumour Trust) which Rob set up whilst he was being treated for his illness.

Robert Holland,15 years old, was diagnosed with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumour in 2007.  The cancer that Rob had was a very rare and predominantly affects teenagers.  Sadly Rob lost his battle with his illness and passed away peacefully in his sleep on the 4th September 2007.

Robs aim was to raise a minimum of £100,000 for a Research Fellow at John Radcliffe Children's Hospital for 3 years research into this rare condition.  After Rob passed away his parents have continued to raise money to help carry out his wish.
