The Rownas cared for my beautiful friend in the hospice and in her own home during her last weeks of fighting the awful, painfull disease. I always told Emma I would run another Great South run and that I would do it for the Rowans. I never imagined that she would lose her fight so quickly and that I would be running it in her memory. Give what you can, this charity is amazing and will now always hold a special place in my heart as will my beautiful friend Ems.xxxx
